Nature Abounds is an organization for people interested in protecting the environment to connect or take action for a healthier planet. There are various ways to volunteer with Nature Abounds, among them:

• IceWatch USA is an opportunity to help scientists study how our climate is changing. Choose a location to observe over the winter, like a nearby lake, bay, or river, record your observations, and report your observations via mail or email.
• Watch the Wild volunteers observe and report the “wild” that is taking place in their communities, from trees and plants to weather and wildlife activity. Choose a location or route to observe, whether it be your backyard, a route you drive regularly, or an area that you play, visit, or hike in regularly, record your observations, and report your observations via mail or email.
