Healing Winds creates lasting memories for individuals with cancer and their loved ones through the therapeutic experience of sailing. Founded in 2014 in Burlington, VT, Healing Winds now has a Salem chapter. Healing Winds welcomes volunteers in a variety of capacities: for boat maintenance, as captains and crew, for community outreach and fundraising, office and administrative work, and more.
