Salem Meet & Eat
March 11, 2020 @ 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
The March Salem Meet & Eat will be on Wednesday, March 11 from 5:30 to 7pm. Volunteers are needed to help with setup, serving meals, helping with the registration table and cleanup. Setup begins at 4:45 and cleanup will finished by 7:15. If you can stay for the duration, great! However, you can also sign up for a shift from 4:45-6:30 or from 6:00-7:15.
Help is needed with:
- Setup: Help with setting tables, arranging chairs, etc.
- Serving/cleanup: Filling water glasses, bringing meals to the tables from kitchen for those who need assistance, serving desserts to tables (gloves will be provided, long hair must be restrained, and comfortable, non-slip shoes are recommended). Clear tables and stack chairs at the end of the meal. If you will be serving, please arrive by 5:15 for brief instructions.
- Registration table: We are asking all diners to sign in at the registration table. Registration sheets will be provided.
