Salem Meet & Eat

The February Salem Meet & Eat will be on Wednesday, February 12 from 5:30 to 7pm. Volunteers are needed to help with setup, serving meals, helping with the registration table and cleanup. Volunteers should arrive by 5:15 and cleanup will finished by 7:15. If you can stay for the duration, great! However, you can also sign up for a shift from 5:15-6:30 or from 6:00-7:15.
Help is needed with:
- Serving/cleanup: Filling water glasses, bringing meals to the tables from kitchen for those who need assistance, serving desserts to tables (gloves will be provided, long hair must be restrained, and comfortable, non-slip shoes are recommended). Clear tables and stack chairs at the end of the meal. If you will be serving, please arrive by 5:15 for brief instructions.
- Registration table: We are asking all diners to sign in at the registration table. Registration sheets will be provided.
- Dishwashing: Must be 18 to operate the dishwasher, non-skid shoes required.
