Salem Horror Fest

Salem Horror Fest is a celebration of the horror genre in the Halloween capital of the world, Salem, Massachusetts. Our mission is to explore how scary stories reflect cultural anxieties to better understand the mechanics of fear. In addition to premieres and repertory film screenings, Salem Horror Fest offers panel discussions, live podcasts, celebrity meet & greets, concerts, art exhibits, and more.

Volunteers are needed through October as ushers (greet patrons, check in attendees, answer questions, sell merchandise), for production (event setup, breakdown, AV needs), for marketing (distribute promotional materials, social media, affiliate program), and more.
