Membership Committee Chair

We have an exciting opportunity to serve as our Membership Committee Chair which is a Board of Directors position primarily responsible for developing our membership. This position helps develop, plan and execute community events to educate the public regarding our mission, what role membership plays in the Society and to encourage community participation while growing our membership numbers and volunteer pool.

As Chair, you meet with members interested in serving on the committee on a schedule that works for you and participate in monthly Board Meetings, 2 Quarterly meetings and 1 Annual meeting. Beyond that, the management of the committee is yours to develop.

This role is generally a 1 or 2 year commitment and the time commitment is approximately 2 – 4 hours monthly.
