SUMMARY:Fairy Godmother Project Princess Boutique
DESCRIPTION:SPUR is teaming up again with the Northshore Fairy Godmother Project\, helping them collect donations of new and “gently worn” formal dresses and accessories. These donations are then given to high school students in Massachusetts in need of a dress for their prom. We are also looking for some volunteers to help during the day of the event. \nEvent: Fairy Godmother Project Princess Boutique \nWho: Volunteers age 18+ are needed to help “shoppers” find the perfect look for their special event.. We are also looking for some seamstresses to help with alterations. \nWhen: Saturday\, March 28th\, 8:30am-3pm (2 hour shifts) \nWhere: GE Aviation 1000 Western Ave. Lynn\, MA 01910 \nAdditional Instructions will be emailed to you during the week of March 23rd from a GE Staff Member. DESCRIPTION:During the week of school break\, SPUR will be assisting the St. Stephen’s Food Pantry in preparing bags of food in preparation for their weekly Food Pantry the following day. St. Stephen’s partners with the The Greater Boston Food Bank which provides food to adults and their families who are experiencing food insecurity and/or homelessness.
